Many Philippine nurses are already employed in Ireland and are highly respected by Nursing
General Nurse (A), with psychiatric experience:
- Several years experience in a general hospital.

In addition, a minimum of 2 to 3 years dedicated experience, working with elderly or psychiatric patients.
General Nurse (B):
In addition to general experience, must also have geriatric experience.
General Nurse (C):
General experience required, but also must have experience in dealing with children who are mentally and
physically disabled.
Theatre/OR Nurse (D):
In addition to general experience, must have at least one year’s experience in OR/THEATRE NURSING in
any category (General, Neuro, Ophthalmic, etc.).
General Nurse (E):
In addition to at least one year of general experience, must also have at least one year’s experience in either
ICU, CCU or HDU.
